SOUTH BUCKS DISTRICT COUNCIL LICENSING ACT 2003
I, David Nicholas Alexander Palmer of Lomito, Ground Floor, 55 Packhorse Road, Gerrards Cross, Bucks SL9 8PE has applied to South Bucks District Council for a new Premises Licence for the following licensable activities:
Supply of Alcohol on the premises/ Recorded Music / Anything of a similar description to live/ recorded music or performances of dance/ Late Night Refreshment: Monday - Sunday 10:30 -00:00 & from the end of sale of alcohol on New Year's Eve until the start of the sale of alcohol on New Year's Day.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000)
