On 5 June 2017 The Council confirmed The Buckinghamshire County Council (Public Footpath No.17 (Part), Parish of Hambleden) Public Path Diversion Order, 2016 made under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 and Section 53A(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981. The effect of the order is to divert the public footpath in the vicinity of Colstrope Lane, running from point A on the order map generally east north east for approximately 219 metres to point D, to a line running from point A generally east north east for approximately 197 metres to point B then south east for approximately 30 metres to point D. Full details of the Order are available at County Hall, Aylesbury and Henley-on-Thames Library. Copies of the order may be purchased from the Council at a cost of £5.00. The Order came into force on 5 June 2017 and ifyou believe this Order is invalid because it does not comply with the legal requirements, you can apply to the High Court by 28 July 2017. The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Dedmere Road, Marlow in the Parish of Marlow CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2017 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Dedmere Road commencing outside 84. Alternative route: Dedmere Road, Glade Road, Little Marlow Road and Newtown Road. The closure is required whilst reinstatement works take place commencing on 24 July 2017 between 0700 and 1530. The proposed Order will come into operation on 24 July 2017, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated: 16 June 2017
The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council(Marsh Lane, Bishopstone inthe Parish of Ellesborough CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2017 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Marsh Lane from 20m either side of the level crossing. Alternative route: Marsh Lane, Bishopstone, Portway Road, Oxford Road, Fowler Road, Friarage Road, Walton Street, Walton Terrace, Stoke Road, Mandeville Road, Old Stoke Road and Lower Road. The closure is required whilst annual service works take place commencing on 9 July 2017 between 1800 and 0600. The proposed Order will come into operation on 9 July 2017, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated: 16 June 2017
