NOTICE OF MAKING OF A DIVERSION ORDER HIGHWAYS ACT1980, SECTION 119 HERTFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (BUSHEY 3) DIVERSION ORDER 2017
The above Order was made on 2 June 2017, under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980. This order will divert the public footpath running from TQ 1269 9735 running for approx. 70m in agenerally NE direction to a junction with Bushey Mill Lane (public road) at TQ 1275 9739. A copy of the order and the order plan may be seen free of charge at front reception of Hertfordshire County Council, County Hall, Hertford, from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm on Monday to Friday and at Hertsmere Borough Council, Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood, Herts, WD6 1WA. Copies of the order and plan may be bought at the price of £2. Any representation about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to Tom Ruszala Definitive Map Officer, Environment and Commercial Services Department, Hertfordshire County Council, County Hall, Hertford, Hertfordshire SG13 8DN (ref: HTM209DIV) not later than 14 July 2017. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if anysomade are withdrawn, the Hertfordshire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation anyrepresentations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS
IN CHANDLERS LANE, CHANDLERS CROSS) ORDER 2017 NOTICE
is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14[1] of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using thatlength of Chandlers Lane, Chandlers Cross from its junction with Toms Hill south eastwards to its junction with Redhall Lane ("the Road"), adistance of approximately 851 metres, except for access. An alternative route will be via Toms Hill, Bucks Hill, The Common, The Street, DunnyLane, Poles Hill, The Green, Dimmocks Lane, Sarratt Road and Redhall Lane. ADDITIONALLYall vehicles are prohibited from waiting at anytime on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 19 June 2017 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARYCLOSING OF THE FOOTPATHSITUATED BETWEEN NOS.39 AND 41 EASTFIELD AVENUE, WATFORD) ORDER 2017 NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all pedestrians from using the footpath situated between Nos.39 and 41 Eastfield Avenue, Watford from its junction with Eastfield Avenue south eastwards to its junction with Radlett Road ("the Footpath"), a distance of approximately 76 metres. An alternative route will be via the footway situated on the east side of Eastfield Avenue, Watford Borough Public Footpath No.022, Watford Borough Public Footpath No. 021, the footway situated on the west side of Radlett Road. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Footpath. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 19 June 2017 for aperiod of up to 6months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Footpath.

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARYCLOSING OF THE A41 OTTERSPOOL WAY/M1 (JUNCTION 5) ROUNDABOUT, BUSHEY) ORDER 2017 NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"):-

1. the A41 Otterspool Way/M1 (junction 5) roundabout, Bushey from its junction with the M1 (junction 5) southbound slip road leading onto the southbound carriageway of the M1 clockwise for a distance of approximately 106 metres.
An alternative route will be via the M1, A41 (Edgeware Way/the Edgeware Way/Spur Road roundabout/EdgewareWay), the M1 and the A41 Otterspool Way/M1 (junction 5) roundabout.

2. the A41 Otterspool Way/M1 (junction 5) roundabout, Bushey from its junction with the M1 (junction 5) northbound slip road leading onto the northbound carriageway of the M1 clockwise for adistance of approximately 99 metres. An alternative motorway route will be via the M1, A405 (St Albans Road/Mount Pleasant Lane)
and the M1 An alternative non-motorway route for the A4008 will be via A41 Otterspool Way, theA41 Elton Way/B462 Hartspring Lane roundabout and A41 North Western Avenue An alternative non-motorway route for the A41 southbound will be via A41 (Otterspool Way/ North Western Avenue Colne Way/North Western Avenue), the A41 North Western Avenue/ A412 St Albans Road roundabout and A41 (North Western Avenue/North Western Avenue Colne Way/Otterspool Way. The Order is needed because the replacement of existing bridge joints are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 1July 2017 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.
