NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hertsmere Borough Council (pursuant to arrangement made with Hertfordshire County Council) under Sections 35C and 46A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Regulation 25 of the Local Authorities Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 has approved the following variation of charges, with effect from Monday 10th July 2017.
