BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL (BRACKNELL TOWN CENTRE PEDESTRIAN ZONE)
(PROHIBITION OF VEHICLES AND WAITING) ORDER 2017 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bracknell Forest Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1, 2
and 4 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, and the Traffic Management Act
2004.

Effects of the Order: The effect of the Order is to introduce the restrictions as detailed in Schedules 1 and 2.
Order to be revoked: Bracknell Forest Borough Council (Pedestrian Zone Bracknell Town Centre) (Prohibition of Driving Cycling and Waiting) Order 1999.
Further Details: ACopies of this notice, the draft Order, Plan and the Statement of Reasons may be inspected at the Environment, Culture and Communities Department reception, Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 1JD between 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays.
