NATIONAL PARKS AND ACCESS TO THE COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1949 DECLARATION OF NATURE RESERVE BY NEWPORT CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in pursuance of Section 19 of the above mentioned Act that by the Local Nature Reserve Declaration 1 of 2017 made on 19 June 2017, 52 hectares or thereabouts situated in the ward of St Julians in the City of Newport and shown edged red on the plan attached to the Declaration is owned and controlled by Newport City Council and that the said land is being managed as a Nature Reserve.
Certified copies of the Declaration with plan attached have been deposited for public inspection free of charge at the office of Newport City Council, Civic Centre, Godfrey Rd, Newport, NP20 4UR from Monday to Friday inclusive during the normal office hours. HYSBYSIR yn unol ag adran 19 o Ddeddf uchod a Gwarchodfa Natur Leol Datganiad 1 2017 a wnaed ar 19 o Fehefin 2017, mae 52 hectar neu tua hynny sydd wedi'u lleoli yn ward Sain Silian yn Ninas Casnewydd a berchenogir ac a reolir gan Gyngor Dinas Casnewydd ac a ddangosir ag ymyl coch ar y plan sydd ynghlwm wrth y datganiad a bod y tir yn cael ei reoli fel Gwarchodfa Natur.
