Any person having aclaim against or an interest in the Estate of Evelyn Duncan deceased late of Jack Dormand Care Home Fourth Street Horden County Durham SR8 4LD who died on the 14th May 2017, is hereby required to send particulars in writing of such claim or interest to the undersigned on or before 1st September 2017 after which date the personal representatives will distribute the Estate amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to claims and interests of which they shall then have had notice and shall not as respects the property so distributed be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not have then had notice.
