Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2014 (Variation No. 36) Order 2016 and (Variation No. 5) Order 2017
Notice is given that the Council made the above Orders under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is to implement a 'no waiting at any time' on both sides of Hillside Way at the junction with Ermin Street and along the north side of Stratton Road in front of the garage forecourt.
These Orders will be operative on 19 June 2017 and a copy of the Order documentation may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Swindon.
If you wish to question the validity of the Orders, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Orders, you may, within 6 weeks from 14 June 2017 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
