(Park Road, Malvern)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017
Order made: to close that part of Park Road, Malvern from its junction with B4232 West Malvern Road to its junction with De Walden Road in order to facilitate concrete lighting works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: with B4232 West Malvern Road, Harcourt Road, Blackheath Way, Park Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days Commencing: 22 June 2017.

(Hornyold Road, Malvern)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Order made: to close that part of Hornyold Road, Malvern from its junction with Hornyold Road to its junction with Trinity Road in orderto facilitate drainage works to alleviate carriageway flooding. Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Hornyold Road, B4219 Cowleigh Road, Trinity Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days Commencing: 19 June 2017.

(C2103 Jennett Tree Lane, Powick)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Proposed Order: to close that part of C2103 Jennett Tree Lane from its junction with B4424 Upton Road to its junction with U62002 Hawthorn Lane in order to facilitate carriageway works. Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Diversion 1: C2103 Upper Woodsfield, C2102 Madresfield Village, C2102 Newland, A449 Worcester Road, A449 Malvern Road, B4424 Upton Road, Diversion 2: B4424 Upton Road, A449 Malvern Road, A449 Worcester Road, C2102 Newland, C2102 Madresfield Village, C2103 Upper Woodsfield and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 10 July 2017.

(C2213 School Lane, Ripple)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Proposed Order: to close that part of C2213 School Lane, Ripple from its junction with C2213 The Cross for a distance of 260 metres in a northerly direction in order to facilitate drainage works. Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2213 School Lane, U60402 Uckinghall Road, U60402 Uckinghall, C2213 Station Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 10 days Commencing: 10 July 2017.

(Malvern Hills District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2017 [Disabled Persons' Parking Place on West Malvern Road, West Malvern] Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to create a disabled persons' parking place on the following length and side ofroad in West Malvern: West Malvern Road (west side) from a point 76.4 metres north of its junction with Old Hollow for a distance of6.6 metres in a northerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes.

A copy of the draft Order, relevant plan and Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at Malvern Hills District Council, Community Safety and Resilience Manager, The Council House, Avenue Road, Malvern, Worcs., WR14 3AF, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.
