PROPOSED MAJOR DEVELOPMENT St Teresa's Roman Catholic Primary School, Harris Street, DARLINGTON, DL1 4NL (17/DD473/DC) Installation of a multi-use games area (MUGA) to include new 3m high boundary fence, pitch installation and associated drainage, perimeter mowing strips and access footpath
