Herefordshire Council Notice of Making
The County of Herefordshire District Council, known as Herefordshire Council, made the HEREFORDSHIRE COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH MK1, MONKLAND (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2017 which temporarily closes Public Footpath MK1 at OS Grid Reference SO 4591, 5768. The closure is required due to falling roof slates. There is no alternative route. Queries may be directed to Balfour Beatty Rights of Way tel: 01432 349512. A copy of the order and plan may be seen on the Council's website on www.herefordshire.gov.uk The Order comes into operation on 14 June 2017 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding six months (unless extended by the Secretary of State) or until any said works have been completed, (whichever is the earlier), or until determined by Herefordshire Council.
