THE M5 MOTORWAY (JUNCTION 7, WORCESTERSHIRE) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2017
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Highways England Company Limited (Company No. 9346363) intends to make an Order on the M5 Motorway, in the County of Worcestershire, to allow resurfacing and maintenance works to be carried out. The effect of the Order will be to close the exit slip road leading from the northbound carriageway of the M5 at Junction 7. The work will be carried out overnight between 22:00 hours and 06:00 hours and is expected to start on Monday 10 July 2017 and continue for two nights. The Order will come into force
on 3 July 2017.
Vehicles being used for police, fire brigade, ambulance or traffic officer purposes and vehicles being used in connection with the works will be exempt from the closure. A diversion route via Junction 6 of the M5 will be signed.

THE M42 MOTORWAY (JUNCTION 2 TO JUNCTION 3A) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION
OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2017
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Highways England Company Limited intends to make an Order on the M42 Motorway, in the Counties of Worcestershire and Warwickshire, to allow cyclical maintenance works to be carried out. The effect of the order will be to close, at different times, -
(1) the slip road leading to the eastbound carriageway of the M42 at Junction 2;

(2) the slip road leading from the westbound carriageway of the M42 at Junction 2;

(3) any slip road leading to or from the M42 at Junctions 3;

(4) the link road leading from the southbound carriageway of the M42 to the westbound carriageway of the M42, at Junction 3a;

(5) the link road leading from the eastbound carriageway of the M42 to the northbound carriageway of the M42, at Junction 3a; and

(6) the link road leading from the southbound carriageway of the M42, at Junction 3a,

to the southbound carriageway of the M40. The work will be carried out overnight between 22.00 hours and 06.00 hours and is expected to start on Friday 7 July 2017 and continue for one week. The Order will come into force on 30 June 2017.
Vehicles being used for police, fire brigade, ambulance or traffic officer purposes and vehicles being used in connection with the work will be exempt from the closures.
