Notice of Making of an Order Town & Country Planning Act 1990 - Section 257 The District of Rochford Public Path Diversion Order 2017
Henry Boot Development has been granted Planning permission by Rochford District Council under planning number 15/00781/OUT to construct a new business park which will affect the route of Footpaths 36 and 40 at Rochford.
Footpath 36 Rochford
A part length of Footpath 36 Rochford starting from where it connects with Footpath 40 Rochford at grid reference 58644,18950 and running in a west north westerly direction for a distance of 590 metres to grid reference 58587,18964 where it connects to the highway known as Cherry Orchard Lane will be diverted to a new alternative route commencing from where it connects to Footpath 40 at grid reference 58653,18976 and running in a west north westerly direction for a distance of 660 metres to grid reference 58588,18983 where it connects to the north end of Cherry Orchard Lane.
Footpath 40 Rochford
A part length of Footpath 40 Rochford starting from where it connects with Footpath 36 Rochford at grid reference 58644,18950 and running in a north north westerly direction for a distance of 70 metres to grid reference 58643,18956 and then continuing in a north north easterly direction for a distance of 195 metres to grid reference 58652,18973 will be diverted to a new alternative route, commencing from the same above point and running in a generally north north easterly direction through the field to the east of the current route, for a distance of 250 metres to the same above point where it continues unaffected.
A copy of the Order and Order Map have been placed in and may be seen free of charge at Rochford District Council Offices, South Street, Rochford and at the Chelmsford Public Library, Market Road, Chelmsford during normal working hours. Copies of the Order and Order map are available on request from the Chelmsford Library at a charge.
Any representation about or objection to the Order may be sent or delivered in writing to Laurence Page and addressed to the Definitive Map Team, Essex County Council, A2 Seax House, County Hall, Chelmsford CM1 1QH, no later than 13th July, 2017 and should state the grounds on which it is made. Please include an email address with your correspondence.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Essex County Council may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed Order If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent together with the Order Any such representation or objections will be taken into account by the Council with the result that they may be made available to the public under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985.

(Various Roads, Benfleet, Borough of Castle Point) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) (Streetworks No.2) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close the various lengths of road in Benfleet, In the Borough of Castle Point as specified in Schedule 1.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 29/06/2017, exact dates will be specified on http://roadworks.org/. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

(Little Wheatley Chase, Rayleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Little Wheatley Chase, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford from its junction with London Road for a distance of approximately 30m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th July 2017 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2224532 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while planing and resurfacing works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via London Road, Hatfield Road, Bardfield Way, Little Wheatley Chase and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 15th June 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Hullbridge Road, South Woodham Ferrers) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hullbridge Road, South Woodham Ferrers in the City of Chelmsford from 10m either side of railway crossing, a distance approximately 50m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th June 2017 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (KL164WIS-34-08-180617 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while track fault repairs works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd. An alternative route is available via Burnham Road, Fen Roundabout, Ferrers Road, Inchbonnie Road, Clements Green Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 15th June 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Hunts Mead, Billericay) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hunts Mead, Billericay in the District of Basildon, from a point approximately 100m from its junction with Everest Drive, for a further 55m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th July 2017 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (AD037RO53636373 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while replace manhole frame and cover works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Hunts Mead, Hillary Mount, Mallory Way, Tensing Gardens, Irvine Way and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 29th June 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Clifton Avenue, Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Clifton Avenue in the Borough of Castle Point from the junction with Clifton Way to the junction with Eastwood, a distance of approximately 160m (Kents Hill Road will remain open throughout the closure). The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th July 2017 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2229456 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while ironwork defect works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Clifton Avenue, Clarence Road, Oakfield Road, South View Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 29th June 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Leicester Avenue, Rochford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Leicester Avenue, Rochford in the District of Rochford from its junction with Southend Road for a distance of approximately 10m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th July 2017 for 60 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0071000604468 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while major gas mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent.
An alternative route is available via Southend Road, Southend Road Roundabout, Sutton Road, Sutton Court Drive and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 29th May 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Nethermayne, Basildon) (Temporary 30 MPH Speed Limit) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily reduce the speed limit in that length of Nethermayne, Basildon in the District of Basildon, from its junction with Bells Hill Road for a distance of approximately 450m in a northwesterly direction. The restriction is scheduled to commence on 19th June 2017 for 85 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP02231000486 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while junction widening works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
