NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Oxfordshire County Council proposes to make the above orders under the RoadTraffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other County Council Orders: 1.(West Oxfordshire District) (Disabled Persons Parking Places) Order 2006; 2. (Various Roads - South Oxfordshire) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Permitted Parking) Order 2008; 3. (Headington North East) (Controlled Parking Zone and Waiting Restrictions) Order 2006; 4. Various Roads, Deddington) (Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2016; 5. (East Oxford) (Controlled Parking Zone Waiting Restrictions and Traffic Management) Order 2010; 6. (Magdalen Road (North) Area) (Controlled Parking Zone and Waiting Restrictions) Order 2012; 7. (Summertown) (Controlled Parking Zone and Various Restrictions) Order 2004; 8. (The Lakes, Headington) (Controlled Parking Zone and Waiting Restrictions) Order 2007; 9. (North Summertown) (Controlled Parking Zone and Waiting Restrictions) Order 2007.The effects of the proposals are to:
a) Provide additional Disabled Persons Parking Places (DPPPs) and remove those no longer needed in West Oxfordshire, as shown in the table below;

b) Amend the Various Roads South Oxfordshire District Order in Mereland Road, Didcot to reflect current parking restrictions on the road - administrative change only;

c) Amend the parking restrictions in Chestnut Avenue, Headington to align with new off-street parking as a result of development at No 44 Hawthorn Avenue;

d) extend the existing double yellow lines on the south side of Hudson Street, Deddington - removing the existing No Waiting 8am to 6pm Monday to Saturday;

d) Exclude the following properties from eligibility for residents and visitors parking permits to fulfil planning conditions in East Oxford - Kazbar Apartment (25 - 27 Cowley Road); Magdalen Road North 278A & 278B Cowley Road; Summertown, 7A Middle Way;The Lakes, 88 DerwentAvenue;
d) Amend the following properties to allow 1 residents permit and visitors permits per dwelling in Summertown - 10,11, & 12 Mayfield Road;

e) Amend the following property to allow full access to permits in Summertown -12 Lucerne Road;

f) Administrative changes only to North Summertown Traffic Order (articles and Schedule numbering) that don't involve any changes to physical parking restrictions.

Objections to the proposals,specifying the grounds on which they are made,and any other representations, should be sent in writing to the Director for Environment and Economy (ref: MJR) at the address given below no later than Friday 7th June 20l7.The Council will consider objections and representations received in response to this Notice.Theymaybe disseminated widelyfor these purposes and made available to the public.
