Notice of Confirmation of an Order Town & Country Planning Act 1990 -Section 257 Public Path Diversion Order 2017 Footpath 24 Boreham in the City of Chelmsford
Network Rail was granted Planning permission by Chelmsford City Council under Planning number 15/01789/FUL to build a new auto transformer feeder station for the railway line which will affect the route of Footpath 24 Chelmsford.
The above Order confirmed on 30th May, 2017, will divert a part length of public Footpath 24 Boreham starting from grid reference 57473,21019 and running in a generally southerly direction west of the existing track for a distance of 174 metres to the north side of the railway line at grid reference 57476,21002, to an alternative route commencing at the same above point and running in a south south easterly direction along the existing track for a distance of 127 metres to grid reference 57478,21003, then in a south westerly direction for a distance of 28 metres to the same point of termination. A copy of the Order and the Order map have been placed in and may be seen free of charge at Chelmsford City Council Offices, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford CM1 1JE and at the Chelmsford Public Library, Market Road CM1 1QH during normal working hours. Copies are available on request from the Chelmsford Library at a charge.
The Order come into force on the date on which Essex County Council certify that the terms of Article 2 of the Order have been complied with. But if any person aggrieved by the order desires to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Act, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act or of any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order, he or she may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under section 287 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 within 6 weeks from the date on which notice is first published as required by paragraph 8 of Schedule 14 to that Act.

Notice of Confirmation of an Order (Highways Act 1980 - Section 119 Public Path Diversion Order 2017 Footpaths 53 Galleywood & 59 Galleywood/4 West Hanningfield In The City Of Chelmsford
The above Orders confirmed on 22nd May, 2017 under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert a part length of public Footpath 53 Galleywood and a part length of Footpath 59 Galleywood/4 West Hanningfield in the City of Chelmsford as shown on the Order maps contained in these Orders.
The effect of the Order will be to divert a part length of Footpath 53, starting from
grid reference 57135,20160 and running in a north easterly direction across the meadow for a distance of 80 metres to grid reference 57142,20163. where it connects to Footpath 4 Galleywood to a new route starting from the same above point and running in a generally north easterly direction, along the field boundary for a distance of 85 metres to grid reference 57142,20164. A further section of Footpath 53 starting from the south west corner of the lake at grid reference 57159,20168 and running in a north westerly direction and then in a south westerly direction same above point and running in a generally northerly direction on the west side of the lake for a distance of 52 metres to grid reference 57160,20173 where it connects to Footpath 57 Galleywood. The effect of the other Order will be to divert a part length of Footpath 59 starting from the field boundary at grid reference 57142,20164 and running in a south south easterly for a distance of 10 metres to grid reference 57142,20163. Then continuing in a generally south easterly direction over the parish boundary where it becomes Footpath 4 West Hanningfield, past the swimming pool and over the access drive of the farm for a distance of 137 metres to grid reference 57154,20156 then continuing in a southerly direction along the western field boundary for a distance of 236 metres to grid reference 57155,20133 to an alternative route commencing at the parish boundary at grid reference 57159,20168 and running in a southerly then westerly direction, along the field boundary for a distance of 92 metres to grid reference 57157,20160 and then continuing in a southerly direction along the eastern field boundary and finally in a westerly direction for a distance of 292 metres to the same above termination point. A copy of the Orders and Order Maps have been placed in and may be seen free of charge at Chelmsford Borough Council, Civic Offices, Duke Street, Chelmsford and at the Chelmsford Public Library, Market Road, Chelmsford during normal working hours. Copies of the Order and Order map are available on request from the Chelmsford Library at a charge.
The new paths will come into effect on 19th June, 2017 but if any person aggrieved by the order wants to question its validity, or that of any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Highways Act 1980, as amended, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act, as amended, or of any regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order, he or she may, under paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act as applied by paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Act, within 6 weeks from 15th June, 2017 make an application to the High Court.

(Pleshey Road, Great Waltham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Pleshey Road, Great Waltham in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Rigtail Green for a distance of approximately 69m in a Southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th July 2017 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works
(BC005MU1WSEP00IBP295AT02 - BT) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while spine cabling works are undertaken by BT.
An alternative route is available via Pleshey Road, Ford End Road, Penden Hill, Main Road, Warners Farm Roundabout, Church Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 29th June 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Church Street, Great Baddow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Street, Great Baddow in the City of Chelmsford, from a point approximately 40m southeast of its junction with Seabrook road for a distance of approximately 28m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd July 2017 for 1 day or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0081000606384 -Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while gas connection works are undertaken by Cadent.
An alternative route is available via High Street, Baddow Road, Church Street, Essex Yeomanry Way, Maldon Road, Flyover and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 29th June 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(ECN 07069 (Cycle Path Near Victoria Road), Chelmsford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of the cycle path (ECN07069) near Victoria Road, Chelmsford in the City of Chelmsford, from a point approximately 8m from its junction with Victoria Road for a distance of approximately 150m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th July 2017 for 182 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP02231001218 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while replacement and realignment of cycle path along river Chelmer works are undertaken on behalf of Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Victoria Road, Waterloo Lane, ECN07069 and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 29th June 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
