Proposed Development at Sewage Works, Brownsea Island, BH13 7EE.National Trust is applying for planning permission for Provision of additional plant at the existing sewage treatment works to provide additional treatment capacity and robustness,comprising: the installation of a rotating biological contactor waste water treatment system; the installation of a flow-splitter chamber; and the installation of four composting bays.
