Responsible Authorities or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application to the Licensing Authority but these must be submitted between 21th June 2017 and 19th July 2017.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable ion summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005).
