THE WAREHAM TOWN COUNCIL (OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES] VARIATION ORDER 2017
The Wareham Town Council (the Council) in exercise of the powers under Section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers makes the following Variation Order:
1. The Order shall vary The Wareham Town Council (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2002 ("the 2002 Order") (as previously varied as to charging) in the manner set out below but in all other respects the 2002 Order shall remain in full force and effect

2. The charges for the parking places referred to in the Schedule to the 2002 Order ("the Schedule") (as previously varied as to charging) shall be varied and from the date of this Order comes Into force the following charges will apply and be substituted for those presently applied by Virtue of column 6 of the schedule but In all other respects the remaining provisions of the Order shall remain in full force and effect

3. This variation Order shall come into force on the 13* April 2017 and may be cited as The Wareham Town Council (Off-Street Parking Places) Variation Order 2017.
