Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(A451 Stourbridge Road, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Order made: to close that part of A451 Stourbridge Road, Kidderminster from its junction with A449 Wolverhampton Road to its junction with U13417 Iverley Lane in order to facilitate carriageway pre-surfacing works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A451 Kidderminster Road, A451 Norton Road, A451 Worcester Road, New Road, Greenfield Avenue, A491 Bath Road, A458 Enville Street, A458 Bridgnorth Road, and A448 Wolverhampton.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 nights (19:00-06:00). Commencing: 28 June 2017.
(Springhill Rise, Bewdley)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Order made: to close that part of Springhill Rise, Bewdley from its junction with Wassell Drive to its junction with Shaw Hedge Road in order to facilitate Western Power works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Shaw Hedge Road, All Saints Avenue, Wassell Drive and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days Commencing: 19 June 2017.
(Park Lane, Bewdley)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017
Order made: to close that part of Park Lane, Bewdley from its junction with
Birch Tree Road to its junction with B4190 Load Street in order to facilitate carriageway works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Birch Tree Road, Wyre Road, Sandy Bank, B4190 Welch Gate and
vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days (within a 4 week period). Commencing: 15 June 2017.
(Footpath UA-551, Upper Arley)(Temporary Closure Order) 2017 Order made: to close Footpath UA-551, Upper Arley for its entire length. The Order has being made to facilitate bridge repair works.
There are exemptions in the Order to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Upper Arley Parish Footpath, UA-555, Bridleways UA-548,
UA-547, UA-546, UA-541, C2020 Arley Lane and vice versa.
The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or
until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be
operative for 6 months commencing on 22 June 2017.
(U12104Tomkinson Drive, Kidderminster)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Proposed Order: to close that part of U12104 Tomkinson Drive from its junction with U12103 Brinton Crescentto itsjunction with U12101 Woodward Road in order to facilitate carriageway repairs works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U12101 Woodward Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 13 July 2017.
(Spring Grove Road, Kidderminster)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Proposed Order: to close that part of Spring Grove Road, Kidderminster from its junction with B4549 Sutton Park Road to its junction with Goldthorn Road in order to facilitate carriageway works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: B4549 Sutton Park Road, Rifle Range Road, Avon Road, Jubilee Drive North, Goldthorn Roundabout and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days Commencing:
11 July 2017.
