during normal opening hours at Amesbury
Library,Smithfield Street, Amesbury,SP4 7AL. Anyperson aggrievedbyordesiring to question
the validity of or anyprovision within the Order, on the grounds thatitisnot within the powers of the aboveAct or thatany requirement or regulation made has not been complied with, may,
within 6weeks of 22 June 2017 applytothe High
Court forthe suspension or quashing of the Order
