LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 122(2A) HOUSING AND PLANNING ACT 2016 SECTION 203 LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123(2A) PROPOSED APPROPRIATION OF OPEN SPACE FOR PLANNING PURPOSES AND DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE BY WAY OF LEASE AT CRESCENT ROAD, BOURNEMOUTH
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Council of the Borough of Bournemouth (the Council) intends to appropriate open space comprising the former play area at Crescent Road (adjacent to number 22) for planning purposes and then dispose of the land by way of a lease for 45 years to Seascape Homes and Property Limited. Any wishing to make representations to the Council about this intended appropriation and disposal is requested to make them in writing by 2.00pm on 30 June 2017 to Sarah Longthorpe, Commercial Programme Manager, Town Hall, Bournemouth, BH2 6DY or by email (sarah.longthorpe@bournemouth.gov.uk).
