An application has been made to Winchester City Council lor a new premises licence under section 17 of the Act by Tesco Stores Ltd, in respect of Tesco Stores Ltd, 120-121 High Street, Winchester, SO23 9AS to sell alcohol between 07:00 - 23:00 Monday to Sunday
