THE BOROUGH OF BLACKBURN WITH DARWEN (VARIOUS STREETS, BLACKBURN and DARWEN) (No.3) PROHIBITION OF WAITING, LOADING/UNLOADING, DRIVING, 3 TONNES WEIGHT RESTRICTION, PROHIBITION OF RIGHT TURN AND REVOCATION) Order 2017
NOTICE is hereby given that the Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council made the following Order the effect of which will be to regulate the waiting of vehicles as described in Schedules 1,4,5 and 8; to regulate the loading and unloading of vehicles as described in Schedules 2,3 and 7; to regulate the waiting of vehicles for school entrance marking in Schedule 6; to regulate the movement of vehicles in excess of 3 tonnes as described in Schedule 9; to prohibit the movement of vehicles widerthan 6'6" (2 metres) as described in Schedule 10; to prohibit any vehicles making a right turn in Schedule 11 and to revoke the existing Orders described in Schedule 12. The usual exemptions will apply.

Copy of the Order and relevant plans, which will come into effect on the 19th June 2017, may be examined at the Information Desks, Town Hall, Blackburn and Town Hall, Darwen Monday to Friday inclusive between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. (excluding Bank Holidays). Any person wishing to question the validity of the Orders, or any provision therein, on the groundsthat it is not within the powers conferred by the said Act (as amended), or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks from 28th July 2017 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
