NOTICE OF MODIFICATION ORDER SECTION 53 OF THE WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 HERTFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT OF PUBLIC RIGHTS OF WAY IN HERTFORDSHIRE THE HERTFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(COLNEY HEATH 60) MODIFICATION ORDER 2017

The above Order made on 19th May 2017, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Mapand Statement for the area by:-

Adding to them abyway open to all traffic commencing from ajunction with Barley MowLane (public highway) and Colney Heath Footpath 27 at TL 1890 0597 (point A on the Order Plan) running along Woodrake Lane generally south south-east for approximately 155 metres to TL 1898 0584 (point X on the Order Plan). Continuing as bridleway generally south south-east for approximately 16 metres to join the A414 North Orbital Road (public highway) at
TL 1898 0582 (point Bonthe Order Plan).

A copy of the Order and the Order Plan may be seen free of charge at Front Reception of Hertfordshire County Council, County Hall, Hertford, from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm on Monday to Friday and at St Albans District Council, Civic Centre, St Peter's, St Albans AL1 3JE. Copies of the Order and Plan may be bought at the price of £2. Any representation or objection relating to the Order must be sent in writing to the Definitive Map Officer, Rights of Way Unit, Environment Department, Hertfordshire County Council, County Hall, Hertford, Hertfordshire SG13 8DN (ref: STA130) to arrive no later than 27th July 2017 and applicants must include particulars of the grounds on which it is made. If no representations or objections are duly made to the Order,or if any so made are withdrawn, the Hertfordshire
County Council, instead of submitting the Order to the Secretary of State may itself confirm the Order If the Order is submitted to the Secretary of State for the Environment, any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it.
