The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (West Midlands) (No. 26) Order 2017" authorising the stopping up of the whole of Mill Close; the whole of the unnamed footpath and the whole of footpath S66A between Mill Close and Moden Close; at Vale Street, in the Metropolitan Borough of Dudley. This is to enable development as permitted by Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council, reference P17/0164.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gsi.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN WM/S247/2792) and may be inspected during normal opening hours at Dudley MBC, 4 Ednam Road, Dudley, DY1 1HL.

Any person aggrieved by or desiring to question the validity of or any provision within the Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement or regulation made has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks of 14 June 2017 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision included.
