Clackmannanshire and Stirling Integration Joint Board Annual Accounts
Notice is hereby given, under the Local Authority Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2014, that a copy of the Accounts for Clackmannanshire and Stirling Integration Joint Board (prior to audit) for the year ended 31 March 2017 will be available for inspection at the offices of the IJB Chief Officer and Chief Finance Officer, Kilncraigs, Greenside Street, Alloa, by all interested persons between the hours of 9am-4.45pm Monday to Friday, from Monday July 3 2017 to Friday 21 July 2017 (a copy will also be placed on the Integration Joint Board website at (https://nhsforthvalley.com/about-us/health-and-social-care-integration/ clackmannanshire-and-stirling/)
All such persons shall be at liberty to take copies or extracts therefrom without charge. All books, deeds, contracts, bills, vouchers and receipts relating thereto will also be available for inspection during the same period and enquiries concerning access to those Accounts and other documents should be made to the undersigned.
Notice is also given that any person interested may make objections to such Accounts or any part thereof by -

1. Sending his/her objection in writing, together with a statement of the grounds, thereof, to the Auditor and to the Controller of Audit by no later than Monday 24 July 2017.
2. Sending a copy of the objection and statement to the Authority and to any officer of the Authority who may be concerned.

Where any person objects to the Accounts of the Integration Joint Board, the Auditor shall, if so requested by that person, afford to that person an opportunity of appearing before and being heard by the Auditor with respect to that objection, and any such person may so appear and be heard personally or by a representative. The appointed Auditor of the Accounts is David McConnell, Assistant Director, Audit Scotland, 4th Floor, South Suite, The Athenaeum Building, 8 Nelson Mandela Place, Glasgow, G2 1BT.
