OXFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (TRUCK FESTIVAL, STEVENTON) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) ORDER 2017
Notice of Temporary Traffic Order A4I30 and Featherbed Lane Date of Order: 10 July 2017 Coming into force: 21 July 2017 This Order is being introduced on the grounds of public safety associated with the Truck and Music Festival, Steventon and the proposed traffic measures will be between 6am on 21 July and 4pm on 24 July 2017 with the following effects:

(1) to introduce One-Way Traffic in Featherbed Lane from theA417Wantage Road northwards to theA4130 Abingdon Road;
2) to reduce the national speed limit (60mph) on the A4130 to 30mph from High Street, Steventon traffic lights southwards to Rowstock roundabout A417; and
3) to prohibit vehicles entering Stocks Lane and that part of The Causeway leading to the rail crossings. The alternative route for traffic wanting to travel southwards in Featherbed Lane is via A4130 Abingdon Road south to Rowstock and A417 westwards. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. Exemptions are included emergency services.This Order will remain in force for the duration of the traffic arrangements associated with the event.
