NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS
(PUBLIC FOOTPATH 25.83/2/1, SETTRINGTON) ORDER 2017 NO 238 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council has made this Order, subsequent to Emergency Notice 2017 No 43 to prohibit any pedestrian from using the Public Footpath 25.83/2/, Settrington in the District of Ryedale for a temporary period of six months (subject to access to premises) between 21 June 2017 and 30 November 2017, due to safety grounds due to missing and loose deckboards on bridge - the closure period will only apply as indicated by| the placing of traffic signs and a local alternative route will also be signed on site where appropriate.
