Notice is hereby given that on 1 June 2017 a petition was presented to Kilmarnock Sheriff Court by Jordan Joinery and Build Services Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number: SC386413) and having its registered office at 71 King Street, Kilmarnock Ayrshire, Scotland, KA1 1PT ("the Company ),craving the court inter alia that the Company be wound up and that Brian William Milne, Insolvency Practitioner, of French Duncan LLP 133 Finnieston Street Glasgow G3 8HB, be appointed Interim Liquidator; in which petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 2 June 2017 ordained all persons having an interest to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Kilmarnock within 8 days of intimation, service or advertisement; and eo die appointed the said Brian William Milne to be Provisional Liquidator of the Company with the powers contained in Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
