Public Notice - Licensing Application Licensing Act 2003

An application has been made to the Licensing Authority for Swindon for the grant of a Premises Licence by Michal Cekus in respect of 123 Cricklade Road, Swindon, SN2 1AD The application seeks the following licensable activities and times:

Retail Sale of Alcohol for consumption off the premises and Opening hours of the Premises Sunday 09:00 - 18.00 hours
Monday to Friday 09:00 - 20:00 hours Saturday 09:00 - 21:00 hours All Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, Easter Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day 09:00 - 18:00 hours
The full application may be inspected at the Offices of the Licensing Authority, Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler West Floor 5, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH between the hours of 09:00 hours and 16:30 hours Monday to Friday. Responsible Authorities, and/or other persons (e.g. people/businesses living or working within the vicinity), can make representations at any time between 2nd June 2017 and 29th June 2017. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, for which a person is liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine of £5,000
