Notice of Temporary Traffic Order Headington, Staunton Road Prohibition of Through Traffic Date of Order: 16 June 2017 Coming into force: 19 June 2017 This Order is being introduced because of major road works around the JR Hospital mini roundabout in Headley Way. The anticipated completion date is the 30 October 2017. This Order is being introduced because of major road works around the JR Hospital mini roundabout in Headley Way. The anticipated completion date is the 30 October 2017. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding in the in Staunton Road (at its junction with B4495 Headley Way). There will also be reduced lane widths in Headley Way. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works. The alternative route for traffic is via Jack Straws Lane -B4150 Marston Road - B4495 HeadleyWay and vice-versa. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner.
