OXFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(VARIOUS ROADS, BANBURY) (TRAFFIC REGULATION) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 20
Notice is hereby given that Oxfordshire County Council proposes to make the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The effect of the order is to introduce a One-Way traffic flow in part of Lambs Crescent, in a westward direction from Hightown Road to its junction with Kilbale Crescent. A copy of the proposed Order and detailed documents may be inspected at County Hall, New Road, Oxford OX1 1ND, and at Banbury Town Council, Town Hall, Bridge Street, Banbury - from 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday. The Oxfordshire County Council (Various Roads, Banbury) (Traffic Regulation) Order 1982 will be amended accordingly.
Objections to the proposals and other representations specifying the grounds on which they are made, may be sent in writing quoting Ref: AK.12.6.120 to the address below by the 7 July 2017. The Council will consider objections and representations received in response to this Notice. They may be disseminated widely for these purposes and made available to the public.
