Ivy Inn application to vary a premises licence

LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34
Notice is hereby given that on the 30th May 2017 Ei Group plc applied to Wychavon District Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises Ivy Inn, Arrow Lane, North Littleton, Evesham, Worcestershire WR11 8EF. The proposed variation is;- To permit all licensable activities allowed by the premises licence between 10.00 and midnight on Sundays. Note; there is no change to the hours of licensable activities on Mondays to Saturdays inclusive. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:- Licensing Authority, Worcestershire Regulatory Services, Wyre Forest House, Finepoint Way, Kidderminster DY11 7WF or email to wrsenquiries@worcsregservices.gov.uk no later than 27th |une 2017 stating the grounds for representations. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
