Essex County Council (Chigborough Road, Heybridge/Great & Little Totham) (Temporary One Way Restriction) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily impose a one way restriction on the following length of Chigborough Road, Heybridge/Great & Little Totham in the District of Maldon:
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 08/06/2017 exact dates will be specified on http://roadworks.org/. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

The temporary one way restriction is scheduled to commence on 18 June 2017 for 1 day between the hours of 05:30h and 18:00h or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting, and is required for safety of the public and to ease traffic congestion while The Blackwater Country Show takes place. The alternative route for southbound traffic will be via Scraley Road, Colchester Road, B1026 Goldhanger Road. The Order will come into effect on 18 June 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Footpath 14 Heybridge & Footpath 39, Goldhanger) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2017

Effect of the order: to temporarily close that length of Footpath 14, Heybridge and Footpath 39, Goldhanger in the District of Maldon as specified:
(Honeypot Lane, Stow Maries) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Honeypot Lane, Stow Maries in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Stow Road for a distance of approximately 703 m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 26th July 2017 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (BC005CM1W0026JULEA3FRY04 - BT) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while restore service works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via The Street, Church Lane, Lower Burnham Road, Honeypot Lane and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 26th July 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Church Street, Goldhanger) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Street, Goldhanger in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Maldon Road for a distance of approximately 109m in a Southerly direction. The closure is scheduled
to commence on 7th August 2017 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CC6W0000IBPNCTNG-RC - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on http://www.roadworks. org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while access to underground structure cabling works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Maldon Road, Head Street, Church Street and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 8th June 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Captains Wood Road, Great Totham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Captains Wood Road, Great Totham in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 60m west of its junction with Prince of Wales Road, for a further distance of approximately 80 m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17th August 2017 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034770840 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new electrical connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Maypole Road, Prince Of Wales Road, Maldon Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 22nd June 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. Dated: 8 June 2017

Alternative Route
Diversion will run parallel to existing footpath, steps will be provided where needed to assist walkers.

12th June 2017 for 6 weeks.
Footpath 14 From a point approximately 1670 metres generally south west from its junction with Footpath 13 Goldhanger, south west for a distance of approximately 380 metres 11th September 2017 for 3 weeks. The closures are scheduled as above or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting, and is required for the safety of the public while works to sea defences are being undertaken. The Order will come into effect on 12th June 2017 and may continue in force for 6 months, or until the works are finished, whichever is the earlier. (Various Roads, Maldon District) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.7) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the Maldon District as specified in Schedule 1.
2. A temporary 'No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Stopping restriction will be in force. The Essex County Council (Maldon District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008 will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
