ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
NORMAN STREET AND HARDY STREET. WARRINGTON (PROHIBITION OFTEMPORARY ORDER 2017 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, tId make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effectintroduce a prohibition of driving on the following:-Norman Street from its junction with Orford Lane to its junction with Hardy Street Hardy Street from its junction with Norman Street to its junction with Lythgoes Lane (uThe Order will be effective on 25th June 2017 for a period of 1 day when signed on sunder the control of the relevant Contractor for the duration of the works.

WARRINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 THE BOROUGH OF WARRINGTON (REAR ALLEYWAY OF STEEL STREET) (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING - EXCEPT FOR ACCESS) 2017 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council made the abovementioned Order under Sections 1,2 and 4 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling Powers. The effect of the Order will be to prohibit driving on the passageway between property numbers 2 and 92 at the rear of Steel Street including all access points except for the purpose of access to the properties located on or via the rear of Steel Street. The Order will be effective from 12th June 2017.
A copy of the Order and a Statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order, together with a plan of the restricted area, may be examined at the Legal Services Section, Quattro Building, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington, during the usual office hours Monday to Friday. Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the order may, within six weeks from 6th June 2017, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
