(C2068 Hockhams Lane, Martley)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017

Proposed Order: to close that part of C2068 Hockhams Lane, Martleyfrom its junction with B4197 Hillside to its

junction with C2241 Ockeridge in order to facilitate

carriageway resurfacing works.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises

fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: B4197 Hillside C2243 Horne Lane, C2243 Wichenford C2068 Wichenford and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:

1 day (within a 2 week period): Commencing: 30 June

2017.

(City of Worcester) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2017 [Disabled Persons' Parking Place on Washington Street, Worcester]

On 25 May 2017 Worcestershire County Council made

an Order the effect of which will be to create a disabled persons' parking place on the following

length and side of road in Worcester:

Washington Street (south west side) from a point

29.7 metres from its junction with Northfield Street for a distance of 6.6 metres in a south easterly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order

(which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes. The Order will come into operation on 15 June 2017. A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of

Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Worcester City Council, Customer Service Centre, The

Hive, Sawmill Walk, The Butts, Worcester, WR1 3PB and

County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP

during normal office hours.

The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.

(City of Worcester) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2017 [Prohibition of Waiting on Hetherington Rise and Collings Avenue, Worcester]

On 25 May 2017 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and side of road

in Worcester:

Hetherington Rise (east and north sides) from its junction with Collings Avenue for a distance of 11.5

metres in a westerly direction; from a point 23 metres west of its junction with Collings Avenue for a distance

of 15 metres in a westerly then northerly direction;

from a point 73 metres west then north of its junction with Collings Avenue for a distance of 21.2 metres to

the termination of the road; (northern turning area)

for its entire length; (east and south sides) from a point 27.5 metres west of its junction with Collings Avenue in a westerly then southerly direction to the termination of the road. Collings Avenue (east side) from a point 17.5 metres south, opposite its junction with Pinkus

Close for a distance of 33 metres in a southerly and then easterly direction; (west side) from a point 33.5 metres south of its junction with Pinkus Close for a

distance of 3.4 metres in a southerly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order

(which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain

exemptions to allow parking/access for certain

purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons'

vehicles.

The Order will come into operation on 15 June 2017.

10 MPH Speed Limit) Order 2017

Order made: to impose a temporary 10 mph speed

limit on that part of A44 Evesham Road, Egdon,

Worcester, from its junction with B4084 Egdon Lane

for a distance of 300 metres in order to facilitate

essential drainage works

Exemptions: Special Forces vehicles.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:

8days: Commencing 12 June 2017

(C2287 St Peters Drive, Worcester)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017

Order made: to close that part of C2287 St Peters Drive, Worcester from its junction with A38 St Peters Roundabout to its junction with C2287 Tesco Roundabout (westbound traffic) in order to facilitate carriageway re-surfacing works.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no

other form of access; and to allow the works to be

undertaken.

Alternative route: A38 Worcester Road, A4440

Broomhall Way and C2287 St Peters Drive. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:

8 days (Sunday): Commencing: 8 June 2017.



(Stockwood Lane, Inkberrow, Wychavon) (Temporary Closure) Order 2017

Order made: to close that part of Stockwood Lane,

Inkberrow from its junction with C2051 Stockwood Lane to its junction with A422 Alcester Road in order to facilitate carriageway works.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises

fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2051 Stockwood Lane, C2046

Stockwood Lane, A422 Alcester Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days: Commencing: 12 June 2017.

(Kings End Road, Powick, Worcester)(Temporary

Closure) Order 2017

Order made: to close that part of Kings End Road, Powick, Worcester, from its junction with A449 Malvern

Road to its junction with C2027 Station Road in order

to facilitate carriageway works.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises

fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2027 Colletts Green, U62028 Colletts Green Road, U62028 Sparrowhall Lane, A449

Malvern Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:

2 days (within a 2 week period) Commencing

9 June 2017.



(Footpaths ST-500, ST-545 and ST-544, Stockton on Teme, SO-618, Stanford with Orleton and LR-656, Lindridge)(Temporary Closure Order) 2017

Order made: to close Footpaths ST-500, ST-545 and

ST-544, Stockton on Teme, SO-618, Stanford with Orleton and LR-656, Lindridge for their entire lengths in order to repair a collapsed river bank. There are exemptions in the Order to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway

affected where there is no other form of access; and

to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: LR-657, Lindridge, A442, Bridleway

ST-521, Stockton on Teme, C2025, and U64415 Stanford Bridge, and vice versa.

The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is

proposed to be carried out have been completed,

whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that

the Order will only be operative for 6 months

commencing on 8 June 2017.

(Church Terrace, Worcester)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017

Order made: to close that part of Church Terrace,

Worcester from its junction with Blakefield Gardens to

its junction with Church Terrace in order to facilitate

street lighting works.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises

fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. No alternative route available.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day: Commencing: 8 June 2017.
