An application has been made to the Licensing Authority for Swindon for the grant of a Premises Licence by Mr Mustafa Durdu in respect of Jimmy's Kebabs, Mobile Trader, Car Park, Eldene Centre, Eldene, Swindon, SN3 3RZ

The application seeks the following licensable activities and times: Provision of Late Night Refreshment Sunday to Thursday 23:00 - 01:00hours Friday and Saturday 23:00 - 03:00hours

The full application may be inspected at the Offices of the Licensing Authority, Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler West Floor 5, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH between the hours of 09.00 hours and 16.30 hours Monday to Friday.

Responsible Authorities, and/or other persons (e.g.people/businesses living or working within the vicinity), can make representations at any time between 2nd June 2017 and 29th June 2017. All representations must be made in writing [including e mail or fax], to the Licensing Manager, at the above address or by email to licensing@swindon.gov.uk

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, for which a person is liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine of £5,000._
