Notice is hereby given that Colchester Kawasaki Ltd. has applied in respect of 6 Commerce Way, Colchester, Essex, CO2 8HH for a New Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for Supply of Alcohol from Monday - Sunday between 08:30 - 22:30. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 21/06/17, to the Colchester Borough Council Licensing Authority at Licensing Team PO BOX 889, Town Hall Colchester, CO1 1FL where the register of Licensing applications can be inspected between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000.
