I Ayubar Rahman of Popadoms 11 High Street, Newport NP20 1FQ hereby give notice that I am applying to Newport City Council for a Grant of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 as detailed below:

Sale of Alcohol: 1800 until 0130 Monday to Sunday

Provision of Late Night Refreshment: 2300 until 0200 Monday to Sunday.

The licensing register can be inspected at the address noted below between the hours of 9am and 4pm Mon to Fri. Anyone wishing to object or make representations must do so in writing by 27th June 2017. Licensing Services, Information Station, Old Station Building, Queenway, Newport NP20 4AX.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
