LICENSING ACT 2003 TAKE NOTICE THAT WE - The Bath Springs Limited have applied to Knowsley Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence in respect of The Bath Springs Public House, 103 Kemble Street Prescot L34 5SG.
Sale of Alcohol for consumption on the premises between the following hours:
Sunday to Thursday 09.00- 23.00 Friday and Saturday 09.00 -01.00 Seasonal Variations/ Non Standard Timings: Christmas eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Bank Holidays until 01.00

Please ring 0151 443 2300 to arrange an appointment www.knowsley.gov.uk A Responsible Authority or any other person(s) wishing to make representations on this application must do so in writing to Knowsley Licensing Authority at the above mentioned address. Any written representations must be received by the Licensing Authority no later than 5pm on 28 June 2017. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with a maximum fine of £5000 on summary conviction.
