NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 32, 33, 34, 35, 35A, 35B, 35C, and 124 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act and the Road Traffic Act 1991 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Constable of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.Any queries concerning the proposals should be made by telephoning Capita (on behalf of Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council) on 01254-273515. Copies of the Order and plans for proposing to make the Order, may be examined at the Information Desk, Town Hall, Blackburn on Mondays to Fridays inclusive between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 4 00 p m (excluding Bank Holidays) Written objections to the Order, specifying the grounds thereof, should be sent to the undersigned to be received no later than 30th June 2017
