THE MAYOR AND BURGESSES OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF ENFIELD
TOWN & COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

The Mayor and Burgesses of the London Borough of Enfield gives notice that they propose to make an Order under section 247 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended by Schedule 22 to the Greater London Authority Act 1999) ("the Act") to authorise the stopping up of those parts of the highway measuring 32.10 metres long and 2.31 metres wide running along Adamsrill Close and being adjacent to 86 Faversham Avenue, in the London Borough of Enfield and shown hatched black on the attached plan ("the Plan").

If the Order is made, the stopping up will enable the development described in the Schedule to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted under Part III of the Act to Mr V Demetriou ("The Applicant") by The London Borough of Enfield on 9th March 2017 under reference 16/04472/HOU.
Copies of the draft Order and the Plan may be inspected at all reasonable hours during the twenty-eight days commencing on the 6th June 2017 at the offices of the London Borough of Enfield at Civic Centre Silver Street Enfield Middlesex EN1 3XA and may be obtained free of charge from that address quoting reference 16/04472/HOU Faversham Avenue or via email: transportation@enfield.gov.uk.

Anyone wanting to object to the making of the order should write to Traffic and Transportation Services, London Borough of Enfield, P.O. Box 52, Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield, Middlesex EN1 3XD or transportation@enfield.gov.uk quoting reference 16/04472/HOU Faversham Avenue before 3rd of July 2017, which is 28 days following the date of this notice. In preparing an objection it should be borne in mind that the substance of any such objection may be imparted to the Applicant and other persons who may be affected by it and that those persons may wish to communicate with the objector concerning the objection.
