Herefordshire Council Notice of Making
The County of Herefordshire District Council, known as Herefordshire Council, made the HEREFORDSHIRE COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH MY16, MADLEY (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2017 which temporarily closes Public Footpath MY16 at OS Grid Reference SO 4155, 3800. The closure is required due to an unsafe footbridge. There is no alternative route.

The Order comes into operation on 2 June 2017 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding six months (unless extended by the Secretary of State) or until any said works have been completed, (whichever is the earlier), or until determined by Herefordshire Council.
