Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the U71606 Wrigglebrook Lane, Hereford Temporary Closure Order 2017 to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles outside Minster Farm to outside Trewenn House OS Grid Ref: 350463 / 230695. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via Wrigglebrook Pitch onto Little Birch Road, onto The Thorn, onto the C1263 onto the A49 and vice versa. The said closure is required due to the installation of a new water connection and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 26th June 2017 and may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months, (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State), but the works are expected to be completed within 3 days.
