LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION TO VARY A CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE

Astwood Bank Cricket Club gives notice that application has been made to Stratford-on-Avon District Council to vary the Club Premises Certificate at Astwood Bank Cricket Club, Sambourne Lane, Astwood Bank, Redditch, B96 6EP as follows:-

to permit the provision of regulated entertainment, and provision of facilities for regulated entertainment.

Any person wishing to make representations about this application shall do so in writing not later than 29 June 2017 to Licensing Section, Stratford-on-Avon District Council, Elizabeth House, Church Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37 6HX (licensing@stratford-dc.gov.uk) where a copy of the application can be viewed Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm and 9.00am to 4.30pm on Fridays. Representations must be relevant and can only be on the licensing objectives of the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm. Persons making representations may have to appear at the Council's Licensing Hearing. It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, to make a false statement knowingly or recklessly in, or in connection with, this application. M D Yapp Hon. Sec.
