NOTICE OF INTENTION OF LOSS OF OPEN SPACE

Notice is hereby given of the following loss of Open Space:

* 0.07 hectares (0.16 acres) or thereabouts of land adjacent to Fulforth Way, Sacriston.

*182.648m2 (0.045 acres) or thereabouts of land to be disposed of adjacent to 24 Campion Drive, Stanley

Plans showing the areas concerned may be inspected at the offices of Asset Management, County Hall, Durham, DH1 5UL. By virtue of Section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) the County Council is required to give formal notice of loss of Open Space and consider any objections to the proposed loss. Any representations or objections should be made in writing to the Head of Legal and Democratic Services at the address below before the 22nd June 2017 and should state the grounds for objection.
