NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS
(PUBLIC FOOTPATH 25.73/21/1 PICKERING) ORDER 2017 NO 218 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)

North Yorkshire County Council has made this Order to prohibit any pedestrian from using Public Footpath 25.73/21/1 Pickering in the District of Ryedale (between grid reference SE78728405 and SE78688382) for a temporary period of 6 months (subject to access to premises) between 5th June 2017 and 4th December 2017 due to the use of the route by builders to transport material to the site. The closure period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs and a local alternative route will also be signed on site where appropriate. The alternative route is, heading south, turn off the Public Footpath at SE78508386 and followthe route westwards SE78508386 to join Public Footpath 25.73/33/1 at
SE78518389.

Please note that this alternative route will be inaccessible at certain times during the closure period due to the nature of the planned work and these restriction periods will be advertised 24 hours prior to being put in place.
