NOTICE PURSUANT TO THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Brenda Muriel Hodson, late of Oak Holt Nursing Home, Eynsham Road, Farmoor, Oxfordshire (previously 2 Birch Green, Freshfield, Merseyside, L37 1NQ) who died on 26th June 2015, is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned the Solicitors for the Executors on or before 25th March 2016 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall by then have had notice.
