The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (South West) (No.20) Order 2017" authorising the stopping up of an irregular shaped eastern part-width of Archway Road comprising footway, which lies adjacent to Archway House, No. 1a Archway Road at Poole, in the Borough of  Poole.This is to enable development as permitted by Poole Borough Council, under reference APP/15/01649/F.
Copies of the Order maybeobtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State,National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park,Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gsi.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/SW/S247/2793) and may be inspected during normal opening hours at Branksome Library,212-220 Ashley Road, Poole BH14 9BY
Any person aggrieved by or desiring to question the validity of or anyprovision within the Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement or regulation made has not been complied with, may, within
6weeks of 8June 2017 applytothe High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision included
