NOTICE OF APPLICATION UNDER SECTION 116 HIGHWAYS ACT 1980

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Borough of Bournemouth of Town Hall, Bourne Avenue, Bournemouth, Dorset in its capacity as Highways Authority, intends to apply to Poole Magistrates' Court sitting at The Law Courts, Park Road, Poole BH15 2NS on 13 July 2017 at 10:00 for

an Order authorising that part of the highway land at Lowther Road and Ascham Road,

Bournemouth be stopped up on the grounds that it is unnecessary.

The area of highway to be stopped up is shown

on the plan which may be inspected free of charge between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm Mondays to Thursdays and 9.00am to 4.00pm on Fridays at the offices of Bournemouth
